Policies and Terms

Clients working with Silky Petals Flower Rentals agree to accept the companies following Policies and Terms.

  

Rental Period

The rental period for all items is for a period of five days. This rental period will start three days before the event and end the day after.

 

Return of Flowers

Clients will agree to return all rentals to Silky Petals using the enclosed prepaid shipping label in the original boxes the day after their event. The customer will make arrangements with the original shipping company. In the event the return day is on a Sunday or holiday, please return the boxes on the next business day. A late fee of $50 will be billed for any day beyond the agreed rental time period. 

 

Damage Fee

A charge for items that are not returned or damaged beyond repair will be applied. The charge applied will be three times  the rental fee for the item.

 

Cancellation Fee

A refund will be applied to orders that are canceled 90 days before the rentals date. Please email Silky Petals with your information. Orders that are cancelled in less than 90 days will receive a refund of 50% of their order.
